How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within the US takes 5-7 business days. We process orders within 1-2 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. Check your spam folder if you don't see it within 2 business days of ordering.

What are ANCHR Battle Ropes made of?
Our portable battle ropes feature a heavy-duty coiled spring design with ergonomic rubber grip handles and wrist straps for safety. They're compact enough to fit in a gym bag but deliver a serious full-body workout.
What sizes do the Training Gloves come in?
Our training gloves are available in Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large. Check our Size Guide for measurements.
Are the battle ropes good for beginners?

How do I access my digital purchase?
After purchase, you'll receive a download link via email. Digital products are delivered as PDF files that work on any device.
Can I get a refund on digital products?
Due to the nature of digital downloads, we cannot offer refunds on digital products once they've been delivered. If you experience any issues accessing your purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.
Returns & Exchanges
What's your return policy?
We accept returns on physical products within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
