Returns & Exchanges

Physical Products
- 30-day return window from date of delivery
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Contact us at support@anchrgear.com to initiate a return
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final. If you experience any issues accessing your files, contact us and we'll make it right.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
